Refund PolicyWe do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase, so please choose carefully.
We also do not have to give a refund if you are unable to use the product due to a lack of knowledge or skill in CAD/CAM or in the general principles of operating CNC machinery. To use our products effectively, a working knowledge of CAD/CAM is required. We endeavour to educate you on this as part of the pre-sales process, and also offer 1 hour of free remote training (via TeamViewer) with any CNC machine purchase. Further training materials can be found for free online, or obtained from your CAD/CAM software vendor.
If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (in New Zealand).
The remedy may be (at our discretion) a repair of the product at our cost, a replacement of equal or greater value, or a cash refund. To be eligible for such a remedy, you must contact us regarding the problem within a reasonable amount of time after becoming aware of it, and you must not engage a third party to repair the problem without our permission.
If the product needs to be shipped back to us, we will arrange pickup by our freight company, and will specify how the product is to be packed to avoid further damage.
