This polyoxymethylene (Delrin) v-groove wheel sits between the gantry plates and the y-axis rails, on the bottom side of the rail. Each machine has four of these wheels - two on each side.
The replacement kit comes with everything you need, including the wheel cover, bearing, three precision shims, lock nut, M5x30 bolt and eccentric nut.
The wheel is compatible with standard OpenBuilds V-Slot extrusion, and can be used as a direct replacement for the original wheels on machines such as the OpenBuilds ACRO System - which uses the OpenBuilds Solid V Wheel Kit - but at a fraction of the price!
